Great to meet you!

I am a solution focused therapist who has worked with diverse populations over the past nine years. I spent several years working in the courts with mental health, substance abuse , and child welfare. I have worked with families and couples to help with communication and conflict resolution. I believe most things can be resolved by talking through them and identifying how to have client's needs met. I utilize a conversational approach and work hard to build rapport to make clients comfortable.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I specialize in providing insight from a non-biased perspective in order to aid clients in creating solutions which can assist with life transitions and healing. I challenge clients to be introspective and focus on the things which are in their control while extending grace and compassion to themselves.

What you can expect from our first session

I am ready to help my clients in healing from trauma, relationship issues, or simply life itself! I always hope to learn from clients while supporting them through this process. I look forward to helping people embrace their life transitions and come out better on the other side.
