Great to meet you!

I'm an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have a background in adoption, mental health, disability rights, and families living with multiple challenges seeking resources. I have a Master's in Social Work from Temple University. While my goal is to help you understand yourself better, I also believe it's worth thinking about the systems around you that impact your life and your ability to have the life you seek!

My approach to therapy

As a therapist, I believe you have the answers you are seeking, and my role is to guide and support you in getting there!

I've worked with kids, adults, and families, and worked to support family caregivers and those living with chronic health conditions through support, education, and community-based programs!

I have worked extensively with adoptees, birth parents, and adoptive parents at all phases of their lives. I've work with the LGBTQIA2S+ community and their allies - or those trying to be! I also work closely with people living with dementia/Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and family caregivers.

What you can expect from me

While it's important that we get a good feel for each other in a first appointment, I also want you to leave feeling like you know what's coming up for you. Information is power, and it's your life!

To do that, I want to hear from you about who you are, what matters to you, and what your hopes and dreams are. This will help me work on goals with you that make the best of our time together.
