For over 30 years, I have been helping people (children, youth, adults and elders) to heal and create lasting change in their lives. I am a licensed social worker who has worked as a therapist both privately and in clinics. I have also worked in a hospital oncology department and with children and families in a variety of settings.
I love helping others find their way. I am inspired by seeing even the most troublesome situations transform.
I am a naturally curious and compassionate person and bring that to my work. I help you trust yourself to work through the process of healing, to get to a place where you feel calmer, more balanced and maybe event to a place where you have fun with your life.
I am trained in IFS and EMDR.
