Great to meet you!

I believe the best mental health care starts with feeling heard. I take a collaborative, judgment-free approach to medication management, making sure you understand your treatment options and feel involved in every decision. My goal is to create personalized treatment plans that help you feel your best. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, or another mental health concern, I'm here to provide compassionate, individualized care every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to you. I take the time to understand your symptoms, goals, and life circumstances so we can create a treatment plan that feels realistic and effective. I believe medication is just one piece of mental wellness, and I value education, open communication, and shared decision-making throughout the process. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, OCD, trauma-related disorders, and other mental health concerns.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my priority is getting to know you, not just your symptoms, but your story, goals, and what brought you to seek care. We'll discuss your mental health history, current concerns, and begin creating a personalized treatment plan that fits your needs. You'll have plenty of time to ask questions, and you'll leave with a clear understanding of the next steps. My goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and hopeful after our first meeting.
