Great to meet you!

I'm passionate about working with adult women who are navigating perfectionism, anxiety, ADHD, self-doubt, people-pleasing, or the lingering impact of past experiences - and who are ready to feel more confident and connected to themselves again. Maybe you spend so much time caring for everyone else that you’ve lost sight of what you need, or you find yourself replaying conversations, struggling to ask for what you want, and feeling like you’re never doing enough. If you’ve started something, decided it wasn’t good enough, and given up before reaching the part where things could begin to change, you’re not alone and therapy can offer a supportive place to begin again.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. Therapy is a place where you don't have to be perfect or have all the answers. There's room for tears, honesty, and laughter because healing doesn't have to be serious every second. Together, we'll quiet your inner critic, build confidence, create healthier boundaries, and reconnect with yourself.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. I'll take time to understand what brought you to therapy, what's been weighing on you, and what you're hoping will be different. There's no pressure to share everything at once. We will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Together, we'll begin identifying your goals and create a plan that feels supportive, collaborative, and tailored to your needs.
