Skilled in exploring issues of anxiety, ADHD, religious trauma, life transitions, identity and purpose, parenting and fertility, relationships, depression, CPTSD, attachment, familial legacy, or just wanting something different, I am committed to providing an intentionally inclusive, safe space to heal in a partnership built on trust.
