Great to meet you!

Hello, I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) serving clients in California.

While I received my higher education in VA, I completed my supervised hours in CA. I began at Trinity Ministries Group as an Associate in 2019 and became licensed in 2024. I will be meeting with clients at Trinity Ministries through online sessions.

Areas of interest that are dear to me are working with military members and their families, eating disorders and their families, and perinatal clients.

My approach to therapy

Trained as a systems therapist (at the College of William & Mary for my graduate program), we will explore stressors and relationships within your family and friendships and how those relationships and loved ones helped to shape you. Using humor throughout our conversations and focusing on building a genuine, caring connection, I hope to help you feel supported, curious and connected to yourself.

What you can expect from me

Our first session together will be where we build a foundation of therapy goals and I get to know what brings you to therapy. We'll explore your support system as it's changed throughout your life and we'll identify local resources to help support your growth. My hope is that therapy will become a safe place to give us time to explore and process your experiences that have shaped you.
