Great to meet you!

Often times people consider engaging in therapy when life may feel unbalanced. Sometimes this may be due to emotions that are not manageable or needing support to get through challenging situations. My goal is to help you live a more authentic life that can be enjoyable and meaningful to you. I have a clinical background in supporting individuals and families who have experienced trauma, relationship challenges, or may be experiencing a current crisis that is impeding their daily life.

My approach to therapy

I use an eclectic approach, that combines various interventions that will be specifically altered to meet your needs, as well as Art Therapy, conjointly with talk therapy to help work through interpersonal awareness. I am generally trained in CBT, DBT, and person-centered approach. As your therapist, my main goal, is to provide a safe space, with unconditional positive regard, allowing you to work through your own journey of healing and finding motivation to work though life’s hurdles.

What you can expect from me

I invite you to reach out to start or continue your journey of healing. We will focus on alleviating internal conflict and increasing the realization or fulfillment of one’s true potential.
