Great to meet you!

I believe in the power of high-quality mental health care to transform lives—and I bring this belief into every session. As a doctoral-level licensed psychotherapist, I work with individuals through a lens that honors the biological, psychological, social, and spiritual dimensions of well-being. My clients gain insight into themselves, their relationships, and their behaviors while developing positive and enduring coping skills. I support my clients in overcoming adversity while building resiliency to ultimately live abundantly.

Many of my clients are high performers—driven professionals, leaders, caregivers, and creatives—who are often seen as “holding it all together” on the outside while managing deep stress, pressure, or self-doubt beneath the surface. If this resonates with you, you're not alone. Therapy with me is a space where achievement doesn't have to come at the expense of authenticity or well-being.

Clients describe our sessions as collaborative, empowering, and grounded in insight. Together, we’ll explore what’s working, what’s getting in the way, and how you can create meaningful, sustainable change. I support clients in managing burnout, improving relationships, building emotional resilience, and reconnecting with their values beyond external success.

Before founding Live Well Counseling, I led behavioral health initiatives across major healthcare systems and trained the next generation of clinicians. Today, I continue to teach and advocate for equity in mental health care—ensuring both clients and therapists have the tools to thrive in high-stakes environments.

A bit about my approach to therapy

When working with me, you can expect a transparent and collaborative process where your voice, values, and goals guide our work. In our first session, we’ll take time to explore what brings you here and what you hope to gain from therapy. With your input, we’ll co-create a treatment plan that reflects what matters most to you—including goals that align not only with your success, but also with your peace, purpose, and well-being.

What you can expect from our first session

Our work will consider the bigger picture—your relationships, environment, and lived experiences—and will be rooted in a solution-focused, empowering approach. My role is to support you in navigating life’s complexities with clarity and confidence, so you can experience a life of well-being and abundance.
