I am a Master's level, Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida, National Certified Counselor and have completed Level 3 Gottman Method Couples Therapy. My experience has included working with adults in a private practice setting since September 2015. I am a caring, good listener who seeks to understand each client and think you are pretty awesome to seek assistance. I look forward to partnering with YOU.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is to offer clients the support, acceptance, insight, and guidance needed to achieve their desired level of functioning. Treatment approaches used are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person Centered, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and for couples, the Gottman Approach.
