Great to meet you!

After witnessing how few resources existed for families navigating a loved one's mental illness, I earned my Master's in Counseling from Southern Methodist University with a mission to fill that gap. Since then, I have had the opportunity to work with amazing clients and their families struggling with a large variety of issues, from anxiety/ depression to complex post traumatic stress disorder and including serious and persistent illnesses, such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.

My approach to therapy

My approach is solution-focused, grounded in the belief that each person already carries the strength and resilience they need to heal. I work alongside clients to help surface those inner resources, and help them move through life's most difficult seasons with clarity and purpose.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll get acquainted in an open, nonjudgmental, grace-filled environment and explore what brings you to counseling. If you're here, chances are things have become serious enough that you're ready for support — and that takes courage. Together, we'll begin building a game plan to help you better understand what you're experiencing and start finding the relief you're looking for.
