Great to meet you!

I have always been enamored with how our lived experience and environment can shape our decision-making and self-confidence as human beings. This curiosity led me to pursue and complete both my MA in Marriage and Family Therapy, as well as my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. My professional experiences and training have helped me support my clients in navigating some of life’s most challenging transitions including adolescence, young adulthood and matrescence, as well as shifts in identity, career, and personal fulfillment.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where we can honor and understand your lived experiences, while striving and empowering you to seek growth and meaningful change. I utilize a variety of modalities and techniques, knowing from experience that therapeutic growth is only possible when it is curated to match an individual person’s needs.

What you can expect from me

Together, we'll cultivate a deeper awareness around how aspects of your identity and experience intersect, as well as provide opportunities to create more balance and integration between who you are and how you see yourself in the world
