Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) providing telehealth psychiatric care to adults across Pennsylvania. I specialize in ADHD evaluations and medication management, as well as treatment for anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and life-transition stressors.

Many of my patients come to me feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or frustrated after struggling for years with focus, motivation, anxiety, or emotional regulation. My approach is direct, supportive, and evidence-based, with a strong focus on helping you feel better and function better in your daily life.

I offer:

  • Adult ADHD evaluations and ongoing medication management
  • Treatment for anxiety, depression, and mood disorders
  • Support for women, professionals, parents, and individuals navigating high-stress lives
  • Clear treatment plans with collaborative decision-making

Appointments are fully virtual, convenient, and designed to respect your time. I prioritize timely follow-ups, practical treatment strategies, and open communication, so you’re never left guessing about your care.

If you’re looking for a provider who listens, explains options clearly, and takes your concerns seriously, I’d be happy to work with you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is holistic, collaborative, and evidence-based. I look beyond symptoms alone and consider the whole person—your mental health, physical health, lifestyle, stressors, relationships, and life experiences—when developing a treatment plan.

I believe effective psychiatric care combines thoughtful medication management with education, practical strategies, and support that fits your real life. I take time to listen, provide clear explanations, and involve you in every treatment decision so you feel informed and empowered in your care.

Treatment plans are individualized and may include:

  • Medication management when clinically appropriate
  • Lifestyle and behavioral considerations that support mental wellness
  • Coordination with therapy or other providers when helpful
  • Ongoing monitoring and adjustments based on your response and goals

My goal is not just symptom relief, but helping you function better, feel more balanced, and build sustainable mental wellness over time.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, we will focus on understanding your unique situation, concerns, and goals. You can expect a thorough conversation about your mental health history, daily challenges, and any prior treatments or medications.

I will:

  • Listen carefully to your experiences and questions
  • Conduct a detailed assessment to clarify symptoms and identify underlying factors
  • Discuss potential treatment options, including medication management if appropriate
  • Collaborate with you to develop a personalized plan tailored to your needs

The first session is a safe space to share openly and start building a plan that helps you feel better and function more effectively in daily life. My goal is to make sure you leave with clarity, next steps, and a sense of support.
