Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to providing compassionate, culturally responsive, and evidence-based counseling to individuals and families from diverse cultural, ethnic, creed, and socioeconomic backgrounds. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and other emotional and behavioral concerns. My approach is grounded in collaboration, empathy, and respect. I believe healing happens when you feel genuinely heard, understood, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

I take a strengths-based, client-centered approach that integrates evidence-based therapeutic methods with a deep respect for each person's unique background and experiences. I view therapy as a true partnership — we work together to explore challenges, build on your existing strengths, and develop practical strategies for growth and well-being. My goal is to help you build resilience, deepen self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change tailored to your individual needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, judgment-free space where the focus is on getting to know you — your story, your strengths, and what brings you to therapy. We'll talk about what's been on your mind, what you're hoping to work on, and what matters most to you. There's no pressure to have everything figured out. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, comfortable, and with a clearer sense of how we might work together going forward.
