Great to meet you!

I am a doctorally prepared, dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered, and evidence-based care. I strive to create a supportive and collaborative environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their mental health journey.

By integrating my medical and psychiatric expertise, I take a holistic approach to care, addressing both physical and emotional well-being to help improve overall health outcomes. My goal is to partner with you to develop a personalized plan that supports your growth, stability, and long-term wellness

My approach to therapy

I believe care should be collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to you. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, or simply seeking balance, I work with you to create a personalized, evidence-based plan that supports both your mental and overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel safe to share your story. We’ll take time to discuss your concerns, symptoms, medical and mental health history, and what led you to seek care.

My goal is to truly understand you as a whole person, not just your symptoms. Together, we’ll begin identifying your goals and create a personalized, evidence-based plan that may include medication management, lifestyle strategies, and ongoing support.

You’ll leave the session with a clearer understanding of next steps and a collaborative plan tailored to your needs.
