Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a strong nursing and behavioral health background dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized mental health care. I earned my advanced nursing education with a focus in psychiatric mental health and have experience working in inpatient behavioral health, psychiatric nursing, hospice care, and community-based healthcare settings. My clinical training includes psychotherapy, psychiatric assessment, medication management, and treatment across the lifespan.

Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD, trauma-related conditions, insomnia, stress-related concerns, and other mental health challenges. I provide evidence-based treatment that combines medication management, psychoeducation, supportive therapy, and holistic approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.

I serve adolescents, adults, and older adults from diverse cultural and social backgrounds. I am passionate about creating a safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their healing journey. My approach emphasizes collaboration, trust, emotional wellness, and long-term stability while helping clients develop healthy coping skills and improve their overall quality of life.

At Evenna Mental Wellness LLC, my mission is to provide compassionate mental health care that promotes hope, resilience, and meaningful personal growth

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and patient-centered. I believe that every individual deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported in a safe and nonjudgmental environment. I work closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their unique needs, goals, and life experiences.

I use an evidence-based approach that may include psychiatric evaluation, medication management, psychoeducation, supportive therapy, and lifestyle-focused interventions to promote emotional wellness and long-term stability. I also believe in treating the whole person — addressing emotional, psychological, social, and behavioral factors that may impact mental health.

At Evenna Mental Wellness LLC, I strive to build trusting therapeutic relationships where clients feel empowered to actively participate in their care. My goal is to help individuals develop healthy coping skills, improve daily functioning, strengthen resilience, and achieve a better quality of life through compassionate and individualized mental health treatment.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment where they can openly discuss their concerns, symptoms, goals, and life experiences. The initial appointment is focused on getting to know the client as a whole person, understanding their mental health history, current challenges, medical background, lifestyle factors, and treatment expectations.

I will complete a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, ask questions to better understand emotional and behavioral symptoms, review any previous treatments or medications, and discuss any concerns the client may have. Together, we will begin developing a personalized treatment plan that may include medication management, supportive therapy, coping strategies, psychoeducation, and recommendations for ongoing care.

Clients can expect to feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their treatment decisions. My goal at Evenna Mental Wellness LLC is to create a safe space where clients feel comfortable building trust, gaining clarity about their mental health needs, and taking the first step toward emotional wellness and healing.
