Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm Ruth Oluwole, MSN, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to adolescents and adults.

With over eight years of nursing experience across acute care, hospice, and behavioral health settings, I understand that every person's mental health journey is unique. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and actively involved in your treatment.

I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington and provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and individualized treatment planning. My approach combines clinical expertise with collaboration, education, and shared decision-making to help clients achieve meaningful and lasting improvements in their mental well-being.

I have experience treating a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma-related disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), insomnia, and other mood and behavioral concerns. I work with each client to develop a treatment plan that aligns with their goals, values, and lifestyle.

Whether you are seeking support for the first time or continuing your mental health journey, I look forward to partnering with you to help you build resilience, improve your quality of life, and achieve your wellness goals.

My approach to therapy

I provide personalized, evidence-based psychiatric care in a supportive, judgment-free environment. Together, we'll develop a treatment plan that helps you improve your mental health and overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, we'll discuss your concerns, symptoms, medical and mental health history, lifestyle, and treatment goals. I'll complete a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, answer your questions, and work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan. If appropriate, we'll discuss medication options, therapy recommendations, and next steps. My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free environment where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable beginning your mental health journey.
