Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm Ruth Robles, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Reiki Master, and Sound Healing Facilitator dedicated to helping individuals heal through a holistic, mind-body-spirit approach. I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families, providing a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard, supported, and empowered.

My clinical specialties include anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, life transitions, relationship challenges, and stress management. I integrate evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and nervous system regulation techniques with holistic modalities like Reiki and sound healing when appropriate to support each client's unique healing journey.

My goal is to help clients build resilience, develop practical coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation, and reconnect with their authentic selves so they can live with greater peace, confidence, and purpose. Whether you are navigating a difficult season or seeking personal growth, I believe healing is possible, and I would be honored to walk alongside you.

My approach to therapy

My approach integrates evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and nervous system regulation techniques. When aligned with a client's preferences and goals, I also incorporate holistic healing practices such as Reiki, sound healing, breathwork, and mind-body awareness to support emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, navigating a difficult life transition, healing from past experiences, or simply wanting to reconnect with yourself, my goal is to help you feel empowered, balanced, and equipped with the tools to create lasting positive change. Healing is not about becoming someone different—it's about reconnecting with the healthiest, most authentic version of yourself.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel safe sharing your experiences at your own pace.

During our first meeting, we'll discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your personal history, identify your strengths, and clarify the goals you hope to achieve. Together, we'll develop a personalized treatment plan that reflects your unique needs and priorities.

You'll leave the session with a clearer understanding of your challenges, practical tools or coping strategies you can begin using right away, and a collaborative roadmap for moving forward. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful, knowing you don't have to navigate your healing journey alone.
