Great to meet you!

My favorite part about counseling is letting people know they are NOT crazy!! Many feel like they are the only ones struggling but just because you think it does not mean that it's true.

My approach to therapy

I use cognitive behavioral therapy in our sessions where we work to identify the negative thought patterns that are causing your feelings of anger, anxiety, and depression. Then we can work to change the way you feel by changing how you think.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help you see the big picture, decide what matters, and support you to take action. I will be your biggest cheerleader, but remember that we cannot control or change anyone else, the only person you can control or change is yourself. I can't wait to meet you and get started!
