Great to meet you!

As a Clinical Social Worker, I have experience working in education, the foster care system, medical social work (pediatric hospital & geriatric home health), and with survivors of domestic violence. In addition, I have traveled the world serving underprivileged communities. I am passionate about helping others and giving hope to those who need it most.

My approach to therapy

Trying something new, especially counseling, can produce feelings of anxiety. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space, and offering a variety of treatment approaches tailored to meet the client's age/wants/needs.

What you can expect from me

Life can be difficult and we shouldn't have to do it alone. Throughout my personal and professional life, I've learned the importance of having a support system, and encourage everyone to find at least one person they can lean on. I love listening to a client's story, helping them identify areas of improvement, and working collaboratively to make positive changes. We are better together!
