Great to meet you!

I’m deeply committed to creating a therapeutic space that feels safe, respectful, and attuned. I know how vulnerable it can be to open up about parts of yourself that have felt hidden, misunderstood, or overwhelming—and I don’t take that lightly.

As a NARM therapist, I bring a trauma-informed, relational approach to our work. I’m not here to diagnose or pathologize, but to meet you with curiosity and compassion. I value honesty, warmth, and real connection. I’ll be present with you, not as an expert who has all the answers, but as someone who will walk alongside you as you begin to uncover your own inner knowing.

Clients often tell me they feel seen and supported in ways they haven’t experienced before. My hope is that you’ll leave our sessions feeling more grounded, more in touch with your truth, and more capable of making choices that feel aligned with who you really are.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in helping individuals heal the emotional impacts of childhood trauma using the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM). My approach is grounded in the understanding that many of the patterns you may feel stuck in—like self-doubt, anxiety, chronic stress, or relationship difficulties—were once survival strategies. They helped you adapt, but now they may be keeping you from feeling fully alive, connected, or at ease in your own life.

NARM is a powerful, present-focused approach that helps you make sense of how early experiences shape your identity, emotions, and relationships today. Rather than just revisiting the past, we focus on supporting your capacity to feel more connected to your authentic self, build self-trust, and develop a deeper sense of agency in your life.

Together, we’ll explore what's getting in the way—not from a place of pathology, but from a place of curiosity and compassion. My goal is to help you gently untangle old patterns and open up new possibilities for living with more clarity, freedom, and connection.

What you can expect from me

Clients often come to me feeling stuck—repeating the same emotional patterns, overwhelmed by self-doubt, or unsure of how to move forward. In our work together, you can expect a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where we explore not just what’s not working, but what’s possible.

Through our sessions, you’ll begin to:

  • Understand the roots of long-standing patterns and emotional responses
  • Build a stronger connection with your authentic self
  • Develop greater self-awareness and emotional regulation
  • Shift from self-criticism to self-compassion
  • Experience more freedom and ease in your relationships and choices

While we may touch on the past, the heart of the work is about what’s happening for you now—and what’s possible moving forward. The goal is not to "fix" you, but to support you in reclaiming the parts of yourself that may have been lost or buried along the way.
