Great to meet you!

My approach to therapy is rooted in person-centered care, where we work together in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment that honors your unique experiences, strengths, and goals. I strive to create a space where you can feel safe exploring life's challenges while building the confidence and skills needed to move forward.

I specialize in working with individuals navigating trauma and relationship concerns. Whether you're processing past experiences, working through conflict, or seeking healthier patterns in your relationships, I tailor treatment to your individual needs and pace. My goal is to help you develop greater self-awareness, strengthen resilience, and foster meaningful, lasting change.

I am a licensed clinical therapist with experience supporting clients from diverse backgrounds. I am committed to providing compassionate, evidence-informed care that empowers clients to better understand themselves and create fulfilling, authentic lives.

If you're looking for a therapist who values collaboration, empathy, and personal growth, I would be honored to support you on your journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is person-centered, collaborative, and compassionate. I believe each person is the expert on their own life, and my role is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Together, we will identify your strengths, develop practical coping strategies, and work toward goals that are meaningful to you.

I tailor therapy to meet your unique needs, recognizing that no two individuals have the same journey. I have a particular focus on trauma and relationship concerns, helping clients process difficult experiences, improve communication, build healthier relationships, and develop greater resilience. My goal is to empower you with the tools, insight, and confidence to create lasting, positive change while fostering healing and personal growth at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know one another and discussing what brings you to therapy. I'll ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, relationships, and any goals you have for treatment. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions about my approach and what you can expect from the therapeutic process.

My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. There is no pressure to discuss everything in the first session. Together, we'll begin identifying your strengths, explore the challenges you're facing, and develop an initial plan tailored to your needs and goals. By the end of our session, you'll have a better understanding of how we can work together to support your healing and personal growth.
