Great to meet you!

On the outside, your life looks great. You’ve got the career, the family, the vacations, the nights out—but deep down, something feels... off. You can’t quite put your finger on it. You’re stuck in a cycle of discontent. That’s where I come in.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with experience working with teens, adults and parents for 10 years. I have a background in education and school counseling.

My approach to therapy

I take a client-centered approach that’s grounded in empathy and respect. I draw on a variety of evidence-based techniques, including mindfulness and solution-focused therapy, to create a safe and supportive space where you can feel heard and empowered to make positive changes. You can learn more about me and my approach at www.mindfulalliancetherapy.com

I’ll ask questions about your background, current challenges, and goals, but there’s no pressure to share everything all at once. Many people leave the first session feeling lighter, simply from having put words to what they’re carrying.

This first meeting isn’t about “fixing everything," it’s about slowing down, beginning to understand your unique needs, and starting the process of change at your pa
