Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I believe each person has inherent worth and value. Everyone goes through difficult seasons when some extra support can make a difference. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, ADHD, trauma, or simply feeling weighed down by what you're carrying, therapy can be a place to feel heard, better understand what you're experiencing, and find a healthier way forward.

I have spent over 20 years working with youth, families, and adults in a variety of settings, including 8 years of clinical experience. I have a particular focus on supporting individuals with trauma, ADHD and Autism. Each person's experiences, strengths, and needs are unique and my goal is to meet you where you are and help you build on the strengths you already have.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, curious, and collaborative. I believe one of the most important parts of therapy is having someone who will truly listen, ask thoughtful questions, and offer honest feedback when it can be helpful.

I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Motivational Interviewing, strengths-based approaches, and other methods based on your individual needs. Together, we'll explore your story, identify patterns that may be contributing to what you're experiencing, and develop practical tools for managing challenges and creating meaningful change. I want therapy to feel supportive while also helping you make progress toward the things that matter most to you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for me to learn your story and understand what brings you to therapy. We'll talk about what's been difficult and what you'd like to be different. You don't need to have everything figured out before we begin.

You can expect me to listen without judgment, ask questions that encourage reflection, and work alongside you to identify realistic next steps. My goal is to help you uncover strengths that may be difficult to see right now while providing practical tools and support that can help you move toward greater healing, confidence, and well-being.
