Great to meet you!

I am a Clinical Social Worker with a background in substance abuse and addiction issues. I have a passion for helping people feel more confident, empowered, & successful in their lives. I specialize in working with adults suffering from addiction with co-occurring disorders, dysfunctional family dynamics, low self-esteem, & feelings of stagnancy. I have been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, & Interpersonal Psychotherapy.

My approach to therapy

I have a very person-centered and solutions focused approach. I view and treat the person holistically, recognizing that life is a challenging multi-faceted experience.

What you can expect from me

Clients often express that I have a warm, engaging, and down-to-earth presence. My goal is always to create a safe space that is non-judgmental. Goals are entirely up to the client and supported by me. Positive outcomes depend on the work clients are willing to commit to inside and out of therapy.
