Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over seven years of experience in healthcare, including inpatient and outpatient hospital settings, medical social work, and behavioral health. My background includes working with individuals and families navigating complex medical conditions, mental health concerns, life transitions, and challenges that impact overall well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and person-centered. I believe you are more than a diagnosis, label, or life circumstance, and my goal is to create a safe, judgment-free space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. I have a particular interest in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, autism, caregiver stress, adjustment and life transitions, and the challenges that come with navigating healthcare and other systems.

What you can expect from me

I want your first session to feel like a conversation, not an interview. It's a chance for us to get to know each other, discuss what's bringing you to therapy, and identify what you hope to gain. My goal is to create a comfortable, judgment-free space where you can show up as you are without feeling pressured to have it all figured out. Together, we'll establish goals and develop a plan that meets you where you are. Most importantly, I want you to leave feeling heard, supported, and comfortable moving forward.
