Great to meet you!

Hi My name is Ryan Clark, I have over 15 years of experience providing high-caliber mental health care to individuals, couples, and families. Between my military service and time in community care, I have treated patients of diverse backgrounds across outpatient, hospital, and deployed settings. I help those experiencing anxiety, depression, insomnia, trauma-related stress, and relationship difficulties. Many clients come in feeling overwhelmed, emotionally reactive, or unsure how to break long-standing patterns. I understand, and will help you build resilience for lasting change. I take a warm, goal-focused approach to help you strengthen mental fitness and navigate life.

With a Master's of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I am credentialed as Licensed Professional Counselor, EMDR, CBT-I, and DBT trained, and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional!

My approach to therapy

My style is collaborative and skills-focused. We’ll work on emotional regulation, develop insight into triggers and reactions, and build practical strategies you can use outside of sessions.

What you can expect from me

I aim to create a therapy space that feels safe, straightforward, and effective.

Whether you’re new to therapy or returning after a break, you’ll move at a pace that feels manageable and purposeful.

Your first session will kick-start your therapy journey: We'llfocus on creating goals for therapy, getting to know one another, and leave you feeling ready to practice new skills with confidence and motivation.
