Great to meet you!

I have nearly a decade of experience working with a variety of individuals with many backgrounds. I emphasize the importance of a trauma-informed and supportive approach. I have expertise in treating a number of diagnoses, including ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, and trauma. I offer a number of modalities, including CBT, MI, DBT, EMDR and IFS.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to tailor sessions to meet the needs of the client. We will collaboratively explore some of the largest stressors that brings one into therapy. Then together we will develop a plan to thoroughly overcome barriers that have prevented progress previously. I also utilize a trauma-informed lens of therapy, inviting all individuals to view how their past has impacted current circumstances.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, it will primarily be focused on getting to know you, the most important part of therapy! In developing a treatment plan, we will work together to identify goals to adhere to throughout the course of treatment. This is a crucial part of progress in therapy, as it provides us framework to build off of and measure progress.
