Great to meet you!

Yes, you can be seen within one week, and no, you do not need to know exactly what you need before we talk. I provide thoughtful psychiatric medication management for adults dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, sleep problems, panic, trauma, OCD, and addictive behaviors. I work with college students, professionals, parents, and others who are tired of feeling off and want a careful, respectful approach. Struggling doesn't mean you're broken. It usually means something in your life deserves attention and support.

My approach to therapy

I’m a teacher by nature, so I aim to make medication options feel clear, not overwhelming, because when you understand what’s happening in your brain & body, things feel less mysterious and a lot more manageable. A core value of my practice is helping you become an active participant in your care. We focus on building confidence and self-trust, so you can respond to life with intention. If medication makes sense for you, it will always be prescribed in a way that is thoughtful, evidence-based, and personalized.

What you can expect from me

Here, a 60–90 minute initial evaluation is the standard, because you deserve enough time to tell your story and I need enough time to understand the real context of what’s going on, not just a symptom list. That first visit is where we slow down and I learn about your life, your work, your relationships, your goals, what you’ve already tried, and what you’d like to be different. From there, we build a plan together that fits you, and we adjust it as we learn more.
