My approach to therapy

I utilize a specialized approach utilizing for 4 Key Skills to activate your PNS (Parasympathetic Nervous System) and deactivating the Amygdala (survival brain; fight, flight, and freeze response) to reduce Stress, Anxiety, and how distressing Triggers are to improve one's reaction/response and better Cope when Triggered; and I utilize EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), one of the best therapies in the world due to it being a holistic, fast, and low distressing form of therapy/treatment. I also guide the client to reduce anxiety, fear, worry, and negative thinking through the facilitation of perception shifting, reframing, grounding, breathing, mindfulness, positive affirmations, challenging negative core beliefs, thought stopping, and self-esteem/confidence work.

I will help you heal, grow, improve, change, or process what you're coming to therapy for. I guarantee that you will experience significant betterment, every client notices betterment to their ability to cope, manage/decrease/reduce their anxiety and panic attacks, and/or feel less triggered or emotionally wounded in 2-5 sessions.
