Great to meet you!

You might look like you have it together from the outside: steady job, functioning relationships, managing the day to day. But inside you're running on fumes, and you're tired of just pushing through. I work with young adults, college students, and adults navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, and the frustration of feeling stuck without knowing why. I'm also an Army veteran, and I bring firsthand experience of what pressure, resilience, and major transitions actually demand. If faith is part of how you make sense of life, it's welcome here. If it's not, that's fine too. Clients often tell me I'm surprisingly easy to talk to.

My approach to therapy

Our work is practical and built around real movement. We look at how your thoughts, emotions, and patterns connect, then figure out together what to do when they're working against you. I see myself as a guide walking alongside you, not telling you who to be, but helping you become more of who you want to be. My military background shapes how I show up: steady, direct, and without wasted time. I value warmth, honest conversation, and yes, appropriate humor when it fits.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about understanding your story. We'll talk about what brings you in, what you've already tried, and what you hope will feel different. You can expect a real conversation, structured but relaxed, with thoughtful questions and honest answers about how this works. By the end of our first meeting, you should feel heard, understood, and clearer about next steps. If any of this resonates, I'd love to connect.
