Great to meet you!
Known for a warm, compassionate, and deeply understanding approach, I have dedicated more than 20 years to helping individuals navigate life's challenges and discover their strengths. My passion for supporting others led me to earn a Master's degree from SUNY Albany, following several years working in hospitals and medical centers throughout upstate New York.
I am committed to supporting both neurodiverse and neurotypical individuals facing a wide range of mental health concerns, including autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, identity exploration, and relationship challenges. I believe that every person's journey is unique and deserves to be met with empathy, respect, and genuine understanding.
Having navigated my own experiences with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma, I bring both professional expertise and personal insight to the therapeutic process. I understand the complexities of mental health and strive to create a safe, welcoming space where clients feel comfortable showing up as their authentic selves. Together, we work collaboratively to identify challenges, build on strengths, and create meaningful pathways toward healing and growth.
Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), behavior modification techniques, mindfulness, and grounding practices, I have helped countless clients manage anxiety and depression, navigate life transitions, process grief and loss, cope with health-related concerns, and address developmental disabilities. My goal is to empower clients with greater self-awareness, practical coping skills, resilience, and a deeper sense of fulfillment and well-being.
