Great to meet you!

I have spent the majority of my adult life exploring what makes each person unique and listening to what drives them. My previous profession allowed me to travel (54 countries and counting) and I believe in the power of listening. I am simply fascinated by the human creature. Tell me your story.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work with people from all walks of life. I specialize in those suffering from complex trauma, substance use disorders, C-PTSD, family issues, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and grief. I take an existential approach, and am trained in Somatic Experiencing, Brain Spotting, EMDR, and IFS as well as several talk therapy approaches.

What you can expect from our first session

I work with clients who may be struggling with depression or trauma related to their relationships or family. During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand, and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back
