I received my BSW and MSW from Temple University and have been practicing as a licensed clinical social worker since 2013. Going to Temple gave me a foundation of person centered, and strengths focused work. I started in community behavioral health, then worked at University of the Arts, and eventually started my own private practice.
I am a strengths-based and trauma-informed therapist. My practice is gender affirming, neuro-diverse affirming, anti racist, and LGBTQIA+ competent.
I often work with artists, creatives, and adults who struggle with depression, avoidance, rejection sensitivity and self-doubt.
My approach is dreamy, moody, with an underlying sense of joy.
I know that finding a therapist that is a right fit for you is important. I will ask questions about what you are looking for in therapy and it will take 1-3 sessions to see if my approach is a good fit for you.
