Great to meet you!

I work with people not diagnoses. First and foremost I want my clients to know that they are not on their own. I first began to study counseling psychology because I enjoy helping people. When a person comes into my office it is usually because they are in need of help. I have hands on experience with issues of grief, addiction, LGBTQ+ issues. Each session is designed with the client's needs in mind.

My approach to therapy

My style is solution focused and client centered. Each session is designed with the client's needs in mind, with my approach being grounded in cognitive, person centered, existential, mindfulness, and narrative therapies.

What you can expect from me

I'm very motivated by seeing my client's change and grow. I like to create an inviting, caring and empowering environment for each of my clients.
