Great to meet you!

Mental health is personal for me — I became a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner because I wanted to offer others the support that a younger version of myself could have really used. I specialize in anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder and serve patients across Nevada through both telehealth and in-person appointments. Outside of the office, I recharge by reading, listening to music, and spending time with my dog — and I bring that same sense of balance and groundedness into my work with every patient I see.

My approach to therapy

My approach is built on genuine empathy and real conversation. I listen closely, ask the questions that go a little deeper, and make sure you feel affirmed throughout the process — not judged. I know that many people come in feeling lost, unloved, or like they've been quietly managing their symptoms on their own for far too long, and I meet you exactly where you are. My goal is to make sure you feel heard first, so we can build a path forward together.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is really about getting to know you — your story, your symptoms, and what's been feeling hardest lately. I'll ask thoughtful, pointed questions to get a clear picture of where you're at, and I'll make sure you leave feeling seen rather than overwhelmed. There's no pressure to have everything figured out before we meet; you just have to show up, and we'll work through the rest together.
