Great to meet you!

I am a graduate of Gonzaga and Liberty University. I practice as L.P.C. provider. My specialities include acceptance and commitment, person centered, and rational emotional therapy. I am a firm believer in empowerment and seek always to listen and guide and not demand and control. I am gracious and yet very driven in helping the client coach themselves to a new image of them.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person centered and accepting. I work to create a client centered process that allows me to sit with the client while helping to better the overall environment and life of the client. I work to serve and create new patterns and processes that increase the confidence and security for the client.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel emotionally better and mentally more sound in their overall thought process. The client will benefit in their daily function and behavior related to their day to day interactions and living.
