Great to meet you!

My experience includes working with those who have symptoms of anxiety and depression, PTSD, experiences of suicidality, difficulty with concentration and motivation and those who are dealing with symptoms of grief and loss.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am not a therapist that "just listens". I think it's more beneficial if I am engaged and openly communicate my assessment of your situation. The initial session typically focuses on current details and relevant back history. For those who have experienced trauma or have symptoms of PTSD, we typically move slowly to discuss therapeutic containment and safety before moving into trauma work.

What you can expect from our first session

It is my focus that anyone that I meet with, even after the first session, has the validating experience of being listened to, and can walk away with a belief that this process will be valuable to them.
