Great to meet you!

Finding the right therapist can often seem overwhelming. I have over 15 years of experience in both public and private mental health settings and has most recently worked as a Clinical Supervisor for 29 different Assertive Community Treatment programs with a nationally recognized Behavioral Health Company.

My approach to therapy

My personality and style of interaction is professional, but casual and inviting. I am open to hearing about your needs and concerns. Being non-judgmental is one way I help my clients feel comfortable. I am here for you.

What you can expect from me

I offers a variety of treatment options designed to provide effective, competent, individualized psychotherapy to individuals with diverse issues and concerns. In a non-judgmental setting, clients are encouraged to achieve goals by utilizing skills and interventions to improve functioning. I utilizes cognitive-behavioral therapies for people of all ages to address mood instability, life transitions, trauma and stress, grief, relationship and family concerns, as well as parent-child issues.
