Great to meet you!

Hi! California and Arizona licensed therapist (LMFT, LPCC) with a holistic approach. I received my Masters degrees in Psychology, and have been working for 10 years in the mental health field–8 years in clinical practice.

As an integrative therapist, my greatest strengths and offerings are being a good listener, having empathy, understanding your different sides, and supporting or exploring your intentions and life purpose.

I have supported clients in all areas such as: processing and understanding emotions, identity exploration, personal/soul growth, goal-setting, overcoming and understanding addictions, spiritual support, developing healthy boundaries, processing and healing from grief and loss, career challenges, religious trauma, cultural trauma, LGBTQ+ affirming care, shadow-work, dream-work, etc.

My approach to therapy

As a therapist includes many therapy approaches, some of my treatment focuses are in Jungian, ACT, and EFT, which all assist in bringing awareness to unconscious behaviors, noticing how past events, stories, and beliefs affect present reactions, and support the development of skills to move toward who/what is most important in your life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, we'll start with introductions and gathering information, as well as learning more about what brings you to therapy. This will help me understand your goals better and how to approach our follow-up sessions.
