Great to meet you!

Since 2018, I've had the privilege of walking alongside clients as they work toward healthier, more balanced lives and relationships. My goal is to offer a space where you can be honest, sort through what's weighing on you, and begin taking practical steps forward.

I'm a Christian, and my faith shapes the way I see people: with dignity, compassion, and hope. That does not mean you have to share my faith to work with me. I meet people where they are. If faith in important to you, we can include it in our work. If it not, therapy will still be respectful, thoughtful, and centered on your goals.

My style is conversational, steady, and practical. Therapy with me is not about having everything figured out before you start. We'll work at your pace, make sense of what's going on, and build tools that fit your actual life.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, attachment wounds, and school, work, or family stress. I offer telehealth counseling for adults, teens, and kids 10+ in Washington and Florida. My approach is practical, trauma-sensitive, and attachment-informed, using CBT, ACT, and DBT skills to help you understand patterns and build tools for real life.

Reaching out for therapy can feel like another task on an already overloaded list. My goal is to make the process feel approachable, useful, and human. If you’re looking for a therapist who can take your pain seriously without making therapy feel stiff or clinical, I’d be glad to connect.

What you can expect from me

First sessions include introductions to therapy with me, discussing/reviewing my therapy practice disclosure agreement, as well as discussing what brings you, the client, to therapy. I will also discuss the initial intake paperwork process and we will collect information I will collect this information such as (but not limited to); personal strengths, history of treatment, and additional information for completing your initial intake paperwork. My goal is also to be an open-book so you can get to know me and feel engaged with me in a positive therapeutic relationship.
