Great to meet you!

I served over 15 years in the military and had the opportunity to travel and work with remarkable individuals around the world. During my service, I was fortunate to help military members and their families through a wide range of professional and personal issues. These experiences not only enriched my life but also fueled my sense of adventure. Today, I continue to explore the outdoors and new places with my family.

My approach to therapy

I strive to create a warm and welcoming environment where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts and emotions. My empathetic nature enables me to connect deeply with individuals, validating their experiences and feelings. By employing a strategic approach, I help clients navigate challenges effectively, offering clear insights and actionable steps toward positive change and personal growth.
