Great to meet you!

Therapy changed my life. It made it much worse. I'm kidding- it helped tremendously and inspired me to become a therapist myself! My personal experiences combined with my MA in Clinical Psychology from Antioch LA enable me to help others the way my therapist helped. me

My approach to therapy

I work with adolescents, teen, and adults. I specialize in ADHD and addiction but I'm passionate about helping with addiction, anxiety, creativity, and a vast amount of challenges many of us face.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a relaxed, conversational space where you don’t need to have everything perfectly figured out. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what’s been feeling challenging, and what you’d like to see change. I’ll ask questions to understand your patterns, background, and what’s worked (or hasn’t) in the past. Together, we’ll begin identifying clear, practical goals for our work. By the end, you should have a sense of direction and some light at the end of the tunnel.
