Great to meet you!

I have worked with families, children, adolescents, and adults with varying diagnoses and issues (i.e. major depression, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, self-mutilation, ADHD, post-traumatic stress disorder, oppositional defiant disorder, chemical abuse and dependency).

A bit about my approach to therapy

As a therapist, I aim to create a warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. I view therapy as a partnership rooted in trust, curiosity, and respect. My role is not to “fix” anyone but to support each client in developing greater self-awareness, emotional insight, and the tools to navigate life with more clarity and confidence.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe that healing and growth happen when we are seen and heard without judgment. With that in mind, I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each individual. Drawing from modalities such as [insert your modalities, e.g., cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, etc.], I offer a flexible, client-centered process that honors each person’s pace and values.
