Great to meet you!

Hi there, my name is Dr. Ryan Rickert. For over 20 years, I have supported people through depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, dream analysis, sex therapy, and the deeper questions of meaning, purpose, and identity that can arise when life feels uncertain. My work is grounded in helping individuals explore both specific struggles and the inner world of the psyche or soul, with room for reflection, understanding, and movement toward a more whole and authentic self.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, open, and respectful of your individual path. I do not come in with fixed ideas about what is right or wrong. Instead, I offer a safe space to witness your experience, explore both the outer and inner worlds, and draw from insight-oriented and trauma-informed practices that support healing, meaning, and growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will begin with what brings you in, what feels most pressing, and what you hope to understand or change. This is a space to speak freely, at your own pace, without pressure to have everything figured out. If this speaks to you, I welcome you to reach out and begin the work together.
