Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with clinical experience since 2019 across private practice, healthcare, and specialized care for older adults, couples, and families. I specialize in working with neurodivergent clients, LGBTQIA+ individuals, , and older adults.

Every session I conduct is rooted in trauma-informed care and a commitment to meeting you where you are. Incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI),Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I offer a holistic and flexible approach to help you develop effective coping mechanisms, strengthen relationships, and achieve your personal goals.

My approach to therapy

I offer a holistic, open-minded, and collaborative therapeutic approach utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Through CBT, we identify and reshape thoughts and behaviors that are no longer effective. Using Motivational Interviewing, we address habits that no longer serve you and build the motivation necessary to achieve your goals. With IFS we work on unburdening yourself and restoring harmony. With ACT, we hold room for your full emotional experience while discovering new, flexible ways to approach life's encounters.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, my goal is to create a collaborative and open space where we can explore your unique circumstances and assess your current emotional well-being. We’ll work hand-in-hand to identify practical tools and coping strategies that help you adopt new, healthier perspectives on life. Ultimately, we’ll define personal goals together—whether that means enhancing your overall well-being, strengthening relationships, building stronger communication skills, or focusing on whatever areas matter most to you.
