Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, depression, trauma, or family stress take over. I work with children, adults, and families navigating transitions like reunification, displacement, or crisis, as well as first responders who carry unique burdens. If you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward, I provide a safe space to be heard, supported, and understood. Together we’ll build tools to manage stress, address challenges, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

I use evidence-based approaches like CBT and DBT in a supportive, down-to-earth way. My clients describe me as easy to talk to, understanding, and non-judgmental. I tailor each session to your needs, helping you gain coping strategies, clarity, and confidence while breaking challenges into manageable steps.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but you don’t have to do it alone. From our first session, my goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel comfortable exploring your experiences and working toward growth. And as a fun fact—I share my home with two cats who remind me daily to slow down, be present, and find moments of play.
