Great to meet you!

My name is Ryan Stanley, and I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges through a supportive, collaborative, and evidence-based therapeutic approach. I specialize in working with individuals, families, and children, including those experiencing transitions such as reunification or displacement. Additionally, I have experience supporting first responders and individuals in crisis, helping them develop coping strategies and reclaim a sense of stability. I have done extensive work in addressing anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing. I believe that therapy should be tailored to each individual's unique needs, and I work collaboratively with my clients to develop strategies that align with their goals. At the core of my practice is the belief that healing happens through connection and shared understanding. I strive to foster a warm and empathetic environment where clients can explore their past and present experiences to build resilience, growth, and healing.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients working with me can expect to gain practical tools to manage their challenges, a deeper understanding of their emotions and thought patterns, and a greater sense of empowerment in their lives. I provide a balance of support and guidance, offering honest and thoughtful feedback while ensuring clients feel heard and respected. Our work together will focus on breaking down challenges into manageable steps, celebrating progress along the way, and continuously adapting the therapy process to meet your evolving needs. From our very first session, my priority is to create a welcoming and safe space where you can feel comfortable exploring your experiences and working toward meaningful change.
