Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, work burnout, relationship challenges, a new diagnosis, or a difficult time in life. Whether you’re an educator, a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, an individual, part of a couple, or a family, you deserve a space where you can feel supported and not have to carry everything alone.

I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, emotionally overwhelming experiences, behavioral challenges, communication difficulties, or life transitions. I have many years of experience supporting educators, children and adults with ASD, and their families, as well as extensive experience working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, couples, and families. My approach is warm, affirming, and solution-focused, helping clients build on their strengths, develop practical coping skills, improve communication and relationships, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence, balance, and self-understanding. Wherever you are in your journey, I’m here to help.
