Great to meet you!

Nice to meet you! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with a calm and compassionate approach, here to support you through life’s challenges. I received my Masters degree from Nova Southeastern University and currently call Florida home. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, valued, and truly seen. Whether you’re navigating stress, grief, relationships, or personal growth, I am honored to work with you on your journey.

My approach to therapy

I use a mix of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and somatic work in my sessions. ACT helps us focus on what really matters to you and teaches us how to make room for hard emotions instead of pushing them away. It’s about living with intention, even when life feels heavy or overwhelming.

The somatic part of my work is all about tuning in to the body. So many of us carry stress or emotion physically without even realizing it. By slowing down and gently paying attention to those signals, we can start to release what’s been held and feel more grounded and connected from the inside out.

What you can expect from me

My style as a therapist is warm, supportive, and grounded. I believe healing happens in spaces where we feel safe to be ourselves, messy, complicated, growing — all of it. You don’t have to have it all figured out to start.
