Great to meet you!

Clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck in their thoughts, or exhausted from trying to keep everything together. I work with adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions. My approach is practical, collaborative, and down-to-earth. We’ll focus on understanding what’s keeping you stuck, building realistic tools to manage stress and overthinking, and helping you feel more confident, connected, and in control of your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, flexible, and grounded in respect for each person’s unique story. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach—sometimes therapy is about slowing down, reflecting, and feeling understood, while other times it’s about learning practical strategies you can use right away. Much of that practical work draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I bring warmth, humor, professionalism, and genuine care into sessions, with the goal of helping you gain clarity, reduce stress, and make meaningful changes that feel authentic to you.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and equipped with practical tools they can use in daily life. Together we’ll uncover patterns that may be keeping you stuck, explore new perspectives, and build strategies that help reduce stress, improve relationships, and bring more clarity and confidence. My goal is that you not only feel relief in the moment, but also gain lasting skills and insight to create meaningful change long after our sessions.
