Great to meet you!

Clients often come to me when they’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in their thoughts, or just mentally exhausted from trying to keep everything together. On the outside, things might look “fine,” but internally it can feel like a constant cycle of stress, overthinking, or burnout.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, and life transitions — especially students, professionals, and individuals who hold themselves to a high standard but feel drained or disconnected. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting. A lot of people begin therapy unsure of what they even need — and that’s completely okay.

My approach is practical, supportive, and straightforward. We’ll focus on tools you can actually use in your day-to-day life to manage stress, quiet your mind, and break patterns that aren’t working anymore. I try to keep things real and conversational — not overly clinical or rigid — while still helping you make meaningful progress.

Most importantly, I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself. Therapy should feel like a place you can show up honestly, without pressure or judgment, and start making things feel a little more manageable.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, flexible, and grounded in respect for each person’s unique story. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model—sometimes therapy is about slowing down, reflecting, and feeling understood, while other times it’s about learning practical strategies you can use right away. I bring professionalism, warmth, humor, and genuine care into sessions, creating a safe space where clients feel both supported and challenged. My goal is to help you gain clarity, reduce stress, and make meaningful changes that lead to a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and equipped with practical tools they can use in daily life. Together we’ll uncover patterns that may be keeping you stuck, explore new perspectives, and build strategies that help reduce stress, improve relationships, and bring more clarity and confidence. My goal is that you not only feel relief in the moment, but also gain lasting skills and insight to create meaningful change long after our sessions.
