I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 5 years of licensed clinical experience and nearly a decade of experience in the mental health field. I earned my master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, trauma/PTSD, stress, and major life changes. I offer individual telehealth therapy throughout Florida, helping people better understand themselves, build confidence, and work through life's challenges.

My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and practical. I believe therapy should feel like a genuine conversation where you can speak openly, feel understood, and be yourself without judgment. I also believe therapy should go beyond just talking.

Using CBT, mindfulness, and other evidence-based approaches, we'll work together to recognize unhelpful patterns, develop healthier coping skills, and find realistic ways to make meaningful changes in your everyday life. Sessions are collaborative, personalized, and focused on what matters most to you.

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and better understand what brings you to therapy. We'll talk about your current challenges, relevant background, and what you're hoping to get out of our work together. I'll ask questions to get a clearer picture of your needs, but there's no pressure to share everything at once.

My goal is for you to feel comfortable, heard, and supported while we begin identifying realistic goals and a direction for moving forward.
